Users can filter the search for their ideal home by location, characteristics, price, and amenities. Each individual home has a calculator where the user can calculate the financing rates that the bank can provide to pay for a new home. They are then sent to a form where they can add personal data for the bank to contact them and prequalify them for a loan and then direct the user to the real estate / construction company so that they can finish the process.
Banco Industrial wanted to provide an online catalog of new houses and apartments in which users could see housing options and at once request the credit to be able to buy it.
After the success of CrediAuto, Banco Industrial decided to launch a portal for buying a home online that gave users a complete catalog of options for new houses and apartments in Guatemala. From there, they can start the procedures to obtain a loan. The bank gave the guidelines for the database, the formulas for the credit calculators and Niu Marketing built the Bi-Vienda tool within the HubSpot Content Hub.
The site was launched recently, but in just the first few weeks several leads have already been obtained from people interested in obtaining financing for the purchase of a new home.
