Tricerat's website was old and outdated. The Tricerat brand was not accurately reflected on the website and their marketing and sales automation was disjointed because they didn't have complete control over the website. Tricerat partnered with New Breed to rebuild and rebrand their website. We focused on information architecture and content strategy to elevate the user experience whic led to a dramatic increase in conversions, SQLs, and customers.

Tricerat's Wordpress website was incredibly rigid and limited their marketing team from updating the website without developer support. In order to give the marketing team more autonomy, we built their new site on the HubSpot Content Hub.

In order to give the marketing team more autonomy, we built their new site on the HubSpot Content Hub. Our priority was to provide the right information at the right time. We rebuilt the information architecture to focus on how users might identify themselves ("by role" or "by industry") and how users might search for particular products (product name or "by environment). By meeting users where they are and serving up an intentional next step, we've seen a dramatic increase in conversions sitewide.

Results:

The website is now far and away the highest first-touch conversion point for SQLs, Opps and Customers - this is the first time the website has ranked number one in first-touch conversion. In the first two months, we saw landing page views up by 38%, submissions up by 91%, view to submission rate up by 24% and new contacts up by 47% (according to HubSpot Analytics).
