The client wanted a cleaner site, both in design and structure, that would make the experience overall easier and more enjoyable for visitor. It was important that the site emulated the professional and modern, yet approachable and fun feeling of the company. The site needed a clean, easy to navigate menu and site structure that would make it easy for users to find the information they needed.
The previous site was difficult and confusing to navigate, and the user experience was not ideal. Information was spread out across many pages and was not centralized, which made the site messy. The client needed a site that served the users better.
