Overview:
Rapidi was in the process of rebranding their business and realised they were due for a website redesign. They needed a website that communicated their cutting-edge software services with a focus on improving their current design. Their website required a facelift and redesign that supported more streamlined, effortless user navigation that could facilitate a better user journey.
Problem the company had:
The website had become outdated and user-journeys were hindered by long click paths. The UX was further complicated with a pricing page that made differentiating between options difficult and the team struggled to track their results effectively.
The Hubspot CMS solution:
By stripping the content and designing a cleaner structure, we streamlined the UX and created a short navigation journey. We made use of HubSpot's dynamic content to show location based currency pricing plans. To boost their lead generation efforts, we created HubSpot forms and landing pages (and TYPs) to collect user data. In an effort to further improve user navigation we built a topical filter into the blog listing header. For resources, we created a two-step filter on their resource page.
Results:
A very structured end-product, with smart use of design and layout. The update improves personalisation, and marketing aligned with the use of HubSpot. The LPs and TYPs created improved reporting, leading to a more informed marketing strategy.
