Overview:

Studio Tools wanted an e-commerce system that will allow them to sell worldwide, but localized to each market. This meant a multi-language website with a multiple currency commerce system. Studio Tools also wanted to avoid additional costs, hence we couldn’t use the top-tier pricing plans for our solutions. We ended up building the solution via the standard HubSpot CRM and CMS with Shopify and Laravel-based frameworks, as well as Xero.

Problem the company had:

Studio Tools wasn’t having much success selling globally. They needed a way to sell globally, that was easy on the customer and integrated well with each region’s currency and commerce systems, which was also cost-effective.

The Hubspot CMS solution:

We built an e-commerce solution that had its head on Hubspot and the body on Shopify. All the e-commerce was managed on the Shopify standard, while Hubspot’s CRM and CMS managed the rest. In order to get around the limitations of the checkout flow, we redirected customers to a checkout page. All the different layers worked together via API to make a seamless experience for the client.

Results:

Client-side, they were able to update pricing and regional availability with ease and collect payments, while for customers, the layout was simple and straightforward, and the purchase process was a lot simpler.
