Just Ask A Teen, is mainly is operated through Discord. Not everyone is on discord. There by there is high chance that people may avoid joining the community as they do not have a discord account. Also the User Interface is a bit cluttered

A global navigation menu was created. Users Interactivity through website is increased with the Live Chat, Meeting Scheduler and forms. Users can get to know about the community before actually joining the discord through a meet or live chat with the JAAT team. Social media handles in global footer, contact page and quick guide
