The TokenEx team partnered with New Breed on a website redesign and development project. Throughout the process, careful consideration was taken to ensure a solid foundation was built for the site. This meant identifying personas and clearly mapping their pathways throughout the site. Through New Breed's process, the site was consolidate, which put an emphasis on the key pages and areas of the site. This led to a more efficient process for site visitors and for the TokenEx team editing the site.
The TokenEx website had successfully grown over the years, but it needed an updated identity and website hierarchy. Improvements to the brand, the user experience and the customer journey can be seen throughout the website.
A modern design was created after carefully laying the foundation with personas and wireframes. Consolidation of the website and a better customer understanding paved the way for the New Breed team to drive the process and create an improved website.
