This was a complete website redesign on the Content Hub. Clean design, and simple programming to allow the customer to manage content on an ongoing basis. We also migrated 5 websites (1 B2C for patients and 4 B2B for doctors) into one website saving the customer time, money, and keeping all the SEO authority under one domain. We also helped them implement processes and technology for telemedicine services.
The previous website was outdated & had poor user experience. There were also 4 sites for doctors that did not connect with each other. The biggest challenge was to integrate the CRM database into one for patients & doctors with different messages.
We implemented one website with microsites for the different doctor groups. SEO issues were fixed as soon as the new site went live and 301 redirects were implemented from all 5 websites to get all the SEO ranking into one domain. We also implemented a new design and optimized user experience that included engaging videos.
The website’s organic traffic and conversion rate have been growing consistently since the new website was launched. Now, this website is a tool for their team to get more patients & to have doctors recommend their surgeries.
